TN Workers' Compensation Rules: Proposed Changes

The Tennessee Department of Labor is holding a public hearing on several proposed rules changes to its workers' compensation program. The meeting will be at the TDOL in Nashville on August 29 at 1 p.m. CDT. Among proposed rules are the requirements to certify adjusters in Tennessee. There also are some proposed changes on physicians panels and settlement offers to claimants.
